The Highwaymen Collector Price Index (HiCo) reflects the growth in values in the market among all Highwaymen artists, with a base year of 2018 (5 years of price tracking). The base value of the index – 100 – represents the average value of Highwaymen prices realized in 2018, when growth started in a meaningful way
This section below utilizes a proprietary developed database of all records of Highwaymen sales in the public market, as well as select private sales where we could validate numbers. In the case of auction results, we have added buyer premiums reflecting the full price that buyers paid for paintings. As of today, our database contains 8,121 validated entries.

Average selling price data is tracked for each artist based upon painting surface (upson or other medium). Prices are further tracked based upon size (Small, Medium, Large) where the sizes are defined as:
Pricing data for individual Highwaymen artists is tracked in the same format as above. In addition to the average prices shown, each artist is compared over time to the HiCo Price Index, indicating relative price growth above or below the Highwaymen artists as a group.
